This post explains why the ice bucket challenge frustrates me. This is what I meant yesterday. This challenge is fun, yes, but so many people are turning it into a game of who they can nominate instead of focusing on whats important: what ALS is and Where to donate. And how to help. Yes, it gets the word out, but theres so many people that dont even know what the hell ALS is. Why would someone donate to something they dont even understand? So as I said, what is the point of dumping ice on your head, if youre not going to explain why youre doing it. Im not against this cause at all. Im against the people that arent taking it seriously.
