This rarely happens in most Customer Service establishments and so I had to share this experience... upon arriving in Katipunan to buy some food at ARMY NAVY, I realized upon arriving at their store that I was 45mins too early as apparently they dont open until 10am MNL... but being persistent (and hungry... and tired...) as I was coming off of a late night shift, I went ahead and tried my luck and simply knocked on the door to see if theyd at least let me in so I could sit comfortably inside and enjoy the airconditioning... to my surprise, the staff was more than willing and opened the doors for me but not after setting my expectations that they were still technically closed and are in the process of preparing their kitchen... I answered, I dont mind and was willing to wait as necessary but as I sat there, one of their Staff came up to me and even offered me a cup of cold water and asked if I would like to order in advance to which, after being presented this opportunity, I happily obliged... further to my surprise, 15mins before 10am they already had my food ready and waiting for me and I just couldnt believe how these guys had so enthusiastically just served me (with ever a smile in their faces) above and beyond any experience I would have ever imagined getting from a burger joint!!! Man, I wish all restaurants were like this that had staff members as great as these guys were!!! Simply AWESOME!!! :-)
