This remarkable Millennium Trilogy by the great journalist and author Stieg Larsson was riveting from start to finish. The Original film versions of the 3 books were very well done. They are definitely worth watching, if you dont have time for the books. in fact , they are good enough to watch repeatedly. They represent a fictionalized dramatization of 2 critical phenomena that Larsson studied and CRUSADED AGAINST... FOR MUCH OF HIS ALL-TO-BRIEF LIFE: VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN THE GROWTH OF FASCISM I greatly admire his commitment to these VERY WORTHY CAUSES. His protagonists in these causes are the remarkable Lisbeth Salander and the Progressive men and women of Sweden who fight for her and along side her, not the least of which is the journalist Michael (Miche). The Americans made a version with Daniel Craig, but its not as good , in my opinion, as any of the Swedish versions.
