Its true child mortality is low, even though children are susceptible to inadequate healthcare services, challenged education in cash strap schools and one of the highest rates of child poverty. Political freedoms are being legislated against and the provincial government has established a security agency to deal with what they consider terrorists. I wouldnt consider tossing mental patients out on to the streets or into penal institutions as desirable, or traveling on highways that are steadily degrading.
