This seems to be the week of official notices for this group. I cant believe the misinformation out there. Well its mostly political spin and rhetoric. Complete BS for the most part. Anyway, they released the RFP on the extension for Highway 407 today. We actually supported the extension to 115. The problem this group has and continues to have is the lack of regulation by the Province for 407 ETRs abuse of power. Thats our battle. We want the Province to regulate this company into follow the same rules as any other company. Thats it. We are not a stop the highway group. The way Plate Denial is being exercised is extremely punitive. The Province can and should do something to level the playing field for consumers. Thats not an unreasonable expectation for us and we wont stop until we achieve this goal.
