This small rack of local lamb I had from Les delices de Petit Bois was so tender and juicy. I crusted it with my Peppermaster Sauces Jr. Steak Rub, grilled using indirect high heat, and served with organic steamed Chinese Cabbage from Les Jardins Glenorra, grilled onions marinated with Rudis Hot Sauces, accompanied by fresh organic greens tossed in Cucina Mirellas Multi-mix Salad Dressing. All awesome local foods spiced up with the creative flair of The Peppermaster. And my astute wife Tina Brooks surprised me with steaming hot lemon finger bowls. Perfect. Tomorrow: Bacon Bourbon Reaper Madness.
