This small victory is a good thing for now, but consider please that SOMEBODY needs to pay to maintain pipes, pumps, purification equipment and personnel who provide water to the people. That costs money. Unfortunately instead of our government bailing out these poorer communities who are losing vital services, we are sending ALL our money to foreign wars. It would not take a lot to fix this problem, but nobody seems to care very much about our crumbling infrastructure. That is the REAL problem and someone needs to say it.
