This song has the implicit power to take me back: crisp fall days spent lazing away in Overton Park soaking up the warmth of the sun, long sleeved shirts with cut off jean shorts, hours upon hours spent with among amazing friends ( Wit Evermore, Chris Saylor to name a few), painting psychedelic images and beloved texts on my dining room wall on Clarke Place, riding around in that magical white jeep...blissful and glorious youth...if we had only known to soak it up, that itd all change all too quickly.
