This song will always hold a special place in my heart, for so many reasons. As I listened to it tonight, hearing Kris talk about his religious experience and the feeling of forgiveness he experienced in a church altar call a long time ago, I couldnt help but thinking of the fact that we all ask, Why Me, Lord?, what have I ever done to deserve even one of the blessings Ive known?...Dear Ones, we have done NOTHING...can do NOTHING...to deserve this Grace weve received. Its all because of Gods Love (and the Gift of His Son, Jesus Christ) that we can even begin to know Him. If you feel unworthy, youre not alone. But know THIS: God loves YOU, just as you are, and if youll just say to him, Jesus, I dont know how you could love me, but I receive from You the gift of forgiveness and love, He will not hesitate to shower you with His Love and Forgiveness and wrap you in His Righteousness this very moment.
