This story just in from Texas. Ok, here is the story before the footage starts rolling. I drive up to a gas station and see 2 constables pull up. 1 parks in a designated parking spot and the other one does not. He parks in a clearly marked spot that forbids parking. The gas station had many available spots to park in, though he thinks he has special privileges. I could not catch him before he walked into the store but was able to catch him as he was exiting with his free coffee. I proceed to ask him if he could move his car and park in a designated spot.. He replied 3 times to me what are you the parking police? I said no, I am just a concerned citizens who believes that public servants need to lead by example and that what he was doing I would get a ticket for. He then began to threaten me so I took some pics and started to roll film. During the encounter he threatened me and tried to intimidate me while deliberately trying to hide his badge. He told me I could go to the office and talk to his supervisor James H Kohler (512) 268-0785 [email protected] the whole time the other constable ( James Blaton) was somewhat friendly and repetitively tried to keep the bad constable on a leash. I finally left and tried to meet with Kohler so I could show him what had happened and give him a chance to correct it. He told me he had to go to the bank and would not have time for me. Its clear this constable did not want to reveal his identity. I say we make him famous. I am glad the other constable was there otherwise no telling what he would have done or attempted.
