This sweet boy Luther came to us from the shelter in Tucson. He was left there by a family after another dog attacked him, and while the shelter did all they could to help his wounds, poor Luther has multiple serious injuries, including a gash from the attacking dog that cuts all the way through his muscle to the bone. He has been to the vet to get a start on his recovery, and his wounds were reopened, cleaned, and fitted with a drain to help them heal better. On top of all that, Luther is suffering from severely infected ears (the likes of which the vet and our volunteers have never seen before) and a major condition with his bladder that our vet is still investigating. This gentle soul could use some help getting lots of great vet care so that he can feel better and find a family to love him.
