This (the intensity of facial attack) is almost precisely what happened to me, only I was already helpless, unable to stand or speak, being held peacefully by a friend, when officer John Bagley decided to intervene, violently turn me around and viciously use my face repeatedly as a punching bag. he will never face charges, because I dont have hundreds of thousand$, according to a lawyer and the city. There is Zero oversight of the PD in his town. When a complaint is filed (after thorough research to even find where to send one), it is delivered directly to the officer in charge of the offender. I cant speak for the preceding circumstances of this video, however its quite clear if a PO attacks your face, they are only trying to release rage. Had I been conscious during my attack, the officer would not have been allowed within reach of myself. He took advantage of my condition (911 called for an ambulance due to anaphylaxis), and practically left me for dead no, I wont turn him face up.. said he to witnesses ...I dont want to get any blood on me. while I was facedown in the snow for at least 12 minutes surrounded by a growing pool of blood which could still be seen weeks later at the scene. Bagley told the paramedics he fell and hit his head, to which they remarked in their report clearly he had been hit repeatedly to the face with elbow and fist. months later, after repeated police reports by Bagley, conflicting and altered (of which I have copies of course), his final justification for his flipping out (which was in no earlier reports until after complaints were filed by myself and witnesses Id never met? He writes Mr...spit on my jacket. The police were never even called. Rather than immediately sending an ambulance, police arrived on scene first, one peaceful, went to get help. After both officers witnessed me choking and incomprehensible, gagging and drooling, unable to swallow, Bagley finally alone, decided to physically involve himself where he was not needed. Maybe he got spit on him while helping a helpless sick person --as anyone would, as the paramedics did, as friends and strangers did while helping to hold me until an ambulance was supposed to arrive. Only a miniscule little officer with a penchant for violence and insecurity known region-wide decided to attack a sick person. I awoke with no memory of the past 18 hours, unable to recognise myself in a mirror for weeks. No summonses nor report at the hospital as to how I had gotten there and why. Days later was able to get the police department to share with me a report.. and find that I had summonses AGAINST ME, for assaulting an officer IE ..spit on my coat from a person who was already choking. Sorry, a person with a swollen throat, unable to swallow, who is profusely salivating has a tendency to be dripping with spittle, evacuating their mouth unconsciously. if you knowingly pull that sick person around, literally down onto you, youre going to get spit somewhere on you. As everyone else trying to help did. John Bagley, conscious, unapologetic, criminal tarnishing first responders reputations.
