This update is from a mother who lost her son in a tragic crash, while on a training sortie in a MIG-21! Her son was blamed and the crash was attributed to pilot error! She fought for a number of years and ultimately it was proved that there was a technical fault with the aircraft. Our corrupt Ministry of Defence continues to flog this dangerous aircraft, even after it has been phased out even by the old Eastern Bloc countries. Human life is cheap in India. Let us hope and pray that this "Flying Coffin" does not claim any more innocent lives!!
