This video was exposed to me during an event and it left something with me that I will use to this day. Saying my affirmations out loud as much as possible in the exactly way that Jessica does. Somewhere along the way we are conditioned to not voice what we are proud of or what we like most about ourselves as its seen as over confident. The more we love and appreciate certain things about ourselves we can then become better givers, lovers, friends, family members and contributors.
