This was a reply from Derek Stafford to a local resident regarding the next stage of the Core Strategy part 1 process: The consultation period on the Further Proposed Changes to the submitted Core Strategy, following the decisions taken by the Council at its meeting on 15 October 2014, is now intended to commence on Monday 27 October 2014 and to extend for 6 weeks up to Monday 8 December 2014. All those who have previously made representations on the Core Strategy and have asked to be kept informed will receive formal notification of the commencement of the consultation process, either by email or letter. All of the representations received in relation to the consultation process on the Proposed Changes (between 28 July 2014 and 8 September 2014) will be forwarded to the Inspector for his consideration. In relation to Bullsmoor and the other sites which the Council has re-affirmed in the Core Strategy, the consultation commencing next week will focus on the specific policies relating to each site and will invite comments on those policies. Any further representations on the policies will then also be forwarded to the Inspector for his consideration, following the end of the consultation on 8 December 2014. Regards Derek Stafford The material planning considerations for objecting to the proposed development of Bullsmoor are no different to those of Pottery Farm or Cherry House Farm, therefore we would encourage everyone who made a representation previously, regarding all 3 sites or any of them individually to alter it to make it site specific to Bullsmoor and resubmit. Anyone who missed the dead line or for whatever reason didnt manage to submit a representation last time, please do so now. AVBC have got to take this more seriously, as Louise Brennan (English Heritage) pointed out to them at the meeting on 15th Oct English Heritage maintain an objection to any development on all 3 proposed sites.
