This was a week of highs and lows . Good news but sad because it was Claires birthday and I missed being able to make her favorite dinner and beautiful cake and having everyone over to celebrate. Too hard with 3000 miles between us this year. I have been missing all my girls and grandchildren, but I know how busy their lives are. I remember those days of work and endless activities. So glad to just relax and have nothing to do. But now I find myself with no work to go to and so some days are too quiet for me. But tonight was perfect, Rachael stopped by for almost 3 hours and we dug through a box of old photos and laughed till we almost cried. Or peed our pants. Anyway allS well that ends well and this week has ended well. Next week we will celebrate the birthday of our number one daughter who will be 39 years young. I look forward to us all being together to celebrate my lovely Melody Cline! Hope your week has ended well too.
