This was fun to watch and note how things have changed. First off, everyone - man, woman, and child - was wearing a hat. Another difference is that there were very few women on the streets. Some, but men greatly predominated the streets then and there -I would guess because few women worked outside the home. Also, no stop signs or signal lights, no lane markings. Everyone mostly stayed on the right, but not always. And they turned whenever they liked. it also seems as if streets were meant for pedestrians as well as vehicles. Finally, the slow pace of it all. Not only the streetcar but the cars and horse and wagons too.
