This was my day. Tell me if you think I should have gone back to bed! Go to iron my shirt and there is chocolate of some kind on the ironing board that I iron into my white work shirt! Now Im Diabetic so it wasnt me. Then I run back up stairs, yes Im running for those of you who know me well and are already laughing, and trip up the stairs. I swing the door open and somehow knock my sewing basket over so now I have needles sticking up in the carpet vertically like a mine field. Now Im late for work so I run to the car, throw things in the back seat and throw my keys in the driver side and close the back door. Then the car locks itself so I have to run back inside (yes I am running in heals for all of you laughing) and get the spare key in the bedroom and literally do a flying leap over the mine field of needles in the carpet because Ive already forgotten they are there and realise at the last minute. Finally get in the car and back to work. Then the phone rings and I have to take Alex to hospital for his ankle. All this in one day. Ahhhhhhh. Im going to bed!................. Oh no thats right. I have a 14 yo who now needs everything cos he cant move. Is it holiday time for me yet!
