This was not the update I wanted to post: I have stage 4 metastatic melanoma. I have a spot on my neck, breast, liver, adrenal gland, and uterus. I will have an MRI of my brain and pelvic area on Wednesday and a follow up with my doctor on Thursday. I will then have a port put in because I have deep veins. I will be receiving an immune therapy drug, once every three weeks and then a follow up scan in nine weeks to see if I am responding to the drug. Worst case scenario is that I have six months. Best case scenario is a 10% survival rate at the ten year mark. We need all of the support we can get. Please share our story with your family and friends. As much as I miss my angel Harry, I am not ready to join him.
