This week I discovered Rich Froning, a 26 year old who won, “The Fittest Man on Earth,” title for the third time in a row. He writes Bible verses on his shoes and reads them to inspire him when he’s competing, and has a tattoo of Galatians 6:14 across his ribs. I also read about 55 year old George Hood, who holds the record for the longest plank at 3 hours and 7 minutes, beating his previous record by 90 minutes! He’s a man of faith and does all his events for charity. Wow.
