This week, I used 6 hours to solve a conflict between a Mosque Committee Vs an Imaams.It is not my work but because we are sponsors of the mosque, I had to accept the invitation by the people and its leaders The problem was revolving around money and control of resources which are not even there.We found a longterm solution for that particular mosque.Today I had a discussion with one old man around the same issue.Critically thinking, we thought of somebody coming up with a body. The body should have credible and visionary leaders.It shall then source for funds and put up serious income generating assets in cities. In consultation with scholars, it should set up a scheme of service for Imaams, Madrasa teachers and mosque committee leaders.It should employ, post them, transfer them and dismiss them when necessary.If this cannot happen at National level, then we can start it at County level to set the example.Somebody tells me, it seems like TSC of KMSC.
