This week is going to be a rendezvous with Rabindranath Tagore...First on May 7th, where I present with The Park,Kolkata a unique concert TAGORE ON THE HIGHWAY by Neepabithi Ghosh...After 2009, this will be my second concert at SOMEPLACE ELSE where we shall present different musical integrations and Rabindrasangeet, without distorting the melody(just a word for the cynics, we shall not present any confusion,drinks are not on the house and entry is free)...lets all be together on that evening 8p.m. onwards...The concert shall finish by 10p.m. Come May 10th, I shall be premiering my new production JONMODINE RABINDRANATH at The Bengal Club, exclusively for its members..I am glad that Sasha Ghoshal, Jayati Chakraborty, Suchita Raychaudhury and Subrata Babu Mukherjee are going to comprise the ensemble. Thank you Deblina Chakravorty for the hard work that you put in to do some racy stuff at The Park...Thank you Dr. Tapas Raychaudhury for your support as always...Hope I have wind in my favour and sail through.
