This week, there are two major court cases involving Kiambu County. 1. Speaker Wakili Gathii Irungus ruling on fake signatures saga to prevent a motion on Governor Kabogo will be contested. 2. A determination on whether the Finance Act 2014 is constitutional. Joseph Murugami and Mwaura Napoleon are part of the MCAs aggrieved in the Speakers ruling. On the second case the two MCAs are members of the Finance and budget committee which passed the Finance Bill. If case one is lost and case two won, they will be seen to be incompetent. If case one is won and case two lost, they will be a force to reckon with in the county affairs If both cases are won, they will still have a lot of influence in the county. If both cases are lost, their influence will be totally gone. Gathii and Kabogo will have given everyone a knockout. Antony Macharia Kimani and Hon Mca Nelson Munga will join Gathii and the Governor for celebration.
