This weekend I attended the Futaba/OS Nitro Challenge in St. Louis, Missouri at the Dirtburner Raceway. It was a qual point format race so doing my best in each qualifier was of the utmost importance. Friday nights qualifiers went well with a third place finish in truggy and a win in buggy. Saturday the track surface was beginning to polish and the track was getting rougher. I managed to have two more top 5 finishes in both classes. I started fifth in truck and after the thirty minute main managed to solidly finish in second place. I started third in buggy and managed to take first place on lap one and lead the entire thirty minute main. I was one of if not the only racers doing 10 minute fuel stops in the main thanks to my Nova Keep Off 4/2096 pipe combo on NitroPro 30% fuel.
