This weekend, on Saturday, the SCSA league of officials and swimmers, along with hundreds of parents and grandparents , will descend upon the Cut Off Youth Center who will be hosting their championship. Parents of all of these swimmers will be manning various jobs concerning the swim meet, but where the need will be, is in the kitchen, as these hundreds and hundreds of people will need to be fed. If you have some spare hours to give, especially between 9 and 2, please come out to the COYC and lend a hand. I am sure Janice, Anna Jane and their crew will be especially thankful....Really folks, this is like a mini prep to the fair. That is how much help is needed. As far as pay, you get the warm, fuzzy feeling that you have helped kids to have a place to go rather than roam the streets. Find it in your hearts to give a couple of hours. It is well worth it!!!!
