This weekend we tapped two new one-offs in the Naked Dove tasting room. Our Mai Bock completes our bock trilogy which started with Doppelbock, continued with Bare Bock and wraps up with Mai Bock. Lighter in style than both its predecessors, this traditional German spring lager delivers beautiful light toasty notes with a hint of honey on the finish. Our Roy Boyds Pale Ale 2.1 is another in our line of beers using experimental hops which we have special access to from our supplier in the NW. This version is more hopped up than previous Roy Boyd offerings and will deliver some tropical notes such as mango and some honeydew melon. Dont wait too long to get down to the tasting room and try these special beers. They wont last long! Don
