This weeks Kettle Bell workout: 20 push ups 24 curtsy lunges(alternate each side) 20 Kb overhead crunches 15- KB finger press 20- bench dips(for more of a challenge place your feet on a stability ball) 24-with dumb bells or with out step ups (kick your other leg back hold and squeeze for 3sec alternating each side) 20-each side stability ball plank side crunches 20-KB swings Repeat for 4 rounds!! Push yourself!!! Enjoy!!! Remember the kettle bell clinic is on March 29th!!! Hope you guys can make it to help go over these exercises.
