This will eventually make computer security much easier. One of the biggest problems with current encryption and security is the time it takes and the complexity of the encryption. If quantum encryption could be implemented everywhere, 15ms is far less than the sometimes 200-1000 it would take for aes 256bit can normally take. Plus it would be impossible to crack, meaning harder to crack than the current highest level of encryption, but knowing the human race it will still happen.
