This woman suffered from the consequence of her bad parenting. And yes, despite their age, minors can still bring harm to others, which brings me back to the news earlier this week about police officers handcuffing young delinquents. We cannot dismiss youngsters misbehaviours by brushing them off with, They are still young!, because we are only doing them more harm by allowing them, and others, to continue with their bad behaviour.
