This world is so backwards, so far from truth, so far from God. What once was believed as absolute truth, what once was believed as wrong, immoral and sin is now acceptable. What once was a black & white issue is now thought to be a gray area whatever is right for the individual, a personal decision, relative. We applaud that which is wrong in Gods eyes and condemn that which is right and true. The standard is constantly lowered. The standard is not ours to set, the standard is Gods. Often the truth is hard to accept, but it is still the truth. Not my words, but The Word of God! This may seem a bit harsh, stronger words than I usually post, but it is truth. It matters what we believe and it matters how we live. This know also, that in the last days (a period of time, not a day) perilous times shall come. For men will be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God: Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 2 Timothy 3:1-5
