This world is so different from when I grew up, as a company you gave your word over the phone and its recorded and promised something, you call back the next day and your told something different and that it cant be done. If I was to do that no matter what I have to honor it as a business person not only to hold the reputation of the company by for myself even if it was quoted wrong. So at&t yet this be a lesson to you, there is other wireless companys out there, its your loss not mine.
