This year Clintonville High School has a new program for the 18-21 year olds. This year my classroom turned into an apartment. So, this last summer I wanted to do something to keep myself busy. So, I decided that I wanted to try and raise money for the apartment. So over the summer, I participated in 2 bake sales at the Farmers Market here in Clintonville. I also had a vegetable stand in my moms front yard. I am very pleased to announce that we raised $1,000 from the fundraiser. The mayor of Clintonville, Judy Magee was so proud of my hard work she said that I should have some recognition for this. So, a few weeks ago the Tribune Gazette newspaper reporter came in and took some pictures of the apartment, me and my classmates, me and a poster that I made with pictures on it,and when I handed off the check to Mrs. Schoenike, the reporter also wanted a picture of that. This was the greatest day of my life, and I couldnt be anymore thankful!! Thanks again all!!
