This year for Christmas I had planned the norm. Inundate my sister with cool things (Last year it was hundreds in books, year before, movies. I spoil her on Christmas and her birthday), get some cool stocking stuffers, books, and the annual perfume for my grandmother (White Diamonds, Elizabeth Taylor. Keepin it classy.) This year though I think Im gonna deviate. Looking at the Civic Centres lineup for the rest of this year and the next, and while Im not seeing Wicked back for a LONG TIME (its not even listed anywhere near us until late next year, and thats El Paso. I MISSED IT.), I see Mary Poppins next year? Oklahoma? The Nutcracker??? Musicals ALL OF THEM. Hell I might even get crazy and see pricing on a trip to London to see Wicked at the Apollo Victoria. Who even knows. Its time to use the good money that I make for something worthwhile, versus junk.
