Thomas Muldoon (AstroNumbers): Welcome to the New Moon @11 - TopicsExpress

Thomas Muldoon (AstroNumbers): Welcome to the New Moon @11 degrees Scorpio + a solar eclipse As I write this we’ve already experienced the New Moon and eclipse (there’s been photo’s posted and shown on television) let me remind you, these are natural occurrences happening on a regular basis yet, the last time we had an eclipse on Nov 3rd was in 1994 so what were you doing then? What was happening in your life at that time? Who were the people in your life, who left your life, did you change career, move house – whatever? As I keep saying, patterns repeat themselves and over the coming six months you’ll have many moments of déjà vu where, when you meet people, visit places, enter a conversation you’ll ‘feel’ it’s all happened before – don’t take my word for it, take note and see for yourself. We have Mercury retro in Scorpio (until the 9th) Jupiter will retro in Cancer on the 7th (remaining in retro motion until March 2014 – giving all you Cancerians a time to reflect) Saturn remains in Scorpio (I know you’ve had it tough, but iron goes through the fire many times to become steel) Venus will leave Sag soon and visit Capricorn until March (go Capricorns for his should be a fortuitous few weeks – do what you love and love what you do. Uranus and Neptune are still retro with Neptune moving forward on the 13th Nov (take a deep breath Pisces…) Pluto is travelling well in Capricorn with Mars doing his best to stir up Virgo’s (until early December when Librans will feel his ‘boot in your butt.’) If you know anyone born in Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius or Leo this New Moon forms a conjunction, an opposition and a square – here’s a snippet of that they mean: Conjunction: Here we see an emphasis on whatever planets are involved, there’s an intensification of energies, a concentration and increased activity. Two or more planets in a sign increase the potential of that sign, you can see it, you can feel it and they affect you in an obvious way, for all to see so read all you can regarding the principles of the planets (including Sun and Moon) for nothing is favourable or unfavourable…Square: Challenges, tension, action, accomplishment and a turning point. The potential in any chart lies in understanding the squares for if you don’t understand them they become stumbling blocks (square) but if you can understand them they become building blocks. It’s important to note whether the square is a cardinal, fixed or mutable. In cardinal the action is quick, in fixed it is slow and deliberate and in mutable it’s variable (depending on other factors at work in the chart.) Understand the squares and you’ll come to understand your life…Opposition: Awareness, balance, cooperation yet conflicts are all indicated by the oppositions. Like the name implies there are opposing factors at work yet, you need to learn from them and when they present challenges it is what you NEED to experience in order to grow. Imbalance becomes balance when you come to realise that what you think you lack in yourself you attract to yourself (no matter who or what they might be.) Reconciliation of the opposites is achieved through awareness and understanding… I leave it to you to work it out. Now, here’s an observation: take not of the commercials on television and you’ll notice a plethora of Superannuation, Insurance, Funeral, Income Protection and such advertisements – could this be Saturn in Scorpio? (The house of death, taxes, other people’s money insurances, banks, etc.) I’m looking at the trends of Saturn in each sign and the advertisements appearing on television, the internet etc. - it’ll be interesting to see the trends when Saturn enters Sagittarius in Jan 2015 (long distance travel ads perhaps!) Take note of this New Moon in Scorpio (apart from planting ‘seeds’ for the coming weeks and months) this is an ideal time to seek financial advice, sort out your taxes, deal with your insurance companies, update or consider making a will, borrowing money, seeking a loan, saying goodbye or, conversely, saying hello to someone you haven’t seen in a long time (thinking them dead!) You’ll hear from numerous sources this is a time of ‘transformation’ if only it were that easy for we humans don’t take to change easily – preferring to deal with a crisis before making any real effort well, there could be a crisis of change this week – what will it be I ask you? If thinking of losing weight, giving up the cigs, packing in your job, discarding old ‘baggage’ or whatever else, this is the week to do so and with a vengeance…
