Thomas is Ten and today he was working on Plyometrics and doing the dreaded stairs! Great job! The key to consistent performances is not only training but Nutrition and Hydration! Both will allow your body to perform skills that theyre capable of performing at a pace that demands improvement!And without these two important ingredients your skill cannot properly be displayed as your body hasnt the fuel it requires! Eat, Sleep and Hydrate are foundations for Athletic performance! As a medic once told me when I was exhausted and cramping up from a 16 km March, carrying a 75lb Ruck Sack in 100 degree Heat! The solution to pollution is dilution - Drink Up! We do this again tomorrow!
