Those of you who are my friends know that I dont use this page as a plat- form nor do I put much on here but it recently dawned on me that after all of my mother Loretta Kennedys hard work as a Democrat and former County Commissioner the Pueblo Democratic Kicker newsletter did not have the common decency to acknowledge her passing after all of her time and devotion to the party and a 24/7 job as the Pueblo County commissioner. She devoted the best years of her life to a party that was more interested in posting who was inducted into a particular commission then paying their respects. It was more important to take a full page ad out to look for Bingo Volunteers. This woman gave up family time and the best years of her life, working for the rights of the working class in particular. I guess that was not enough for the party to pay their respects. That my friends speaks volumes about this party. Makes me sad for them. Your loss!
