Thou shall not COVET, God is speaking, but will we Hear?? We are not to COVET or ENVY someone elses personal life position, PURPOSE, GIFT or ANOINTING, HUSBAND OR WIFE!! You dont know what hell and PAIN they had to endure to walk in it! Some things are just Predestined, PREDESTINATION IS REAL!!! You can ADMIRE them, support them but we are not to Covet them! its leads to MURDER. Thou shall not Covet! Coveting is a dangerous sin. It means that you want something someone else HAS, so bad, that you will HURT SOMEONE ELSE to have it!! David coveted Bathshebas Body!! It led to MURDER...! Cain coveted Abels Favor! This also led to MURDER...! Coveting leads to Stealing, Robbery and Murder, envy and jealousy, all flesh works! Cain was coveting the Favor Abel had with God, but was still not willing to give HIS OWN BEST OFFERING....!! (See Genesis 4) GOD HAD NO RESPECT FOR CAINS OFFERING BECAUSE HIS **HEART** WASNT IN IT!! This is why King David prayed in REPENTANCE, (Psalm 51) asking God to create in him a clean HEART and to renew a steadfast SPIRIT WITHIN HIM. God would have given David any WOMAN he wanted, but he misused his authority and STOLE another mans wife! --------------------------------- And it came to pass in an eveningtide, that David arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the kings house: and from the roof he saw a woman washing herself; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon. And David sent and enquired after the woman. And one said, Is not this Bath–sheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite? (2 Samuel 11:2, 3 KJV) And David sent messengers, and took her; and she came in unto him, and he lay with her; for she was purified from her uncleanness: and she returned unto her house. And the woman conceived, and sent and told David, and said, I am with child. (2 Samuel 11:4, 5 KJV) ----------------------------------- David was indeed a man after Gods own HEART, but he became prideful AFTER HE BECAME KING.....! He repented, because He loved God! He knew his heart had become unclean before God! David knew His heart had to be CLEAN FIRST.....BEFORE HE COULD BE RESTORED, He stole what belonged to another man, and then had him murdered to COVER HIS SIN!! He coveted her so much that he lost his integrity, and once David received word that BATHSHEBA WAS PREGNANT, he had Uriah her husband, one of His very Best SOLDIERS, killed! YES....!! AND LOOK AT CAIN. He took his brother out too!!! He could have done the SAME as HIS BROTHER ABEL and gave of the FAT of His increase and the First fruits, but He chose not to do so. He was angry and JEALOUS of Cain for honoring God first!! Even God told CAIN, IF YOU DO WELL, WILL YOU NOT BE ACCEPTED?? These are serious things! CAIN became a Vagabond in the Earth, and Judas lost his inheritance also behind his GREED! Get your heart right before GOD today! Where is your heart? I bind the works of covetousness, in Jesus Mighty name!! Are you coveting what belongs to someone else? This is very dangerous! Even Davjd had to pay a price for his wrong doing!! Abel had to pay a price!! If this is You,,Cry out to God today and get it right with HIM, and do it with your whole heart. There are consequences to our SIN, yet Repentance is still the Answer. THOU SHALL NOT COVET...!!
