Though we told everyone last night what a wonderful job they done during our in house training, I wanted to take this chance to tell each of you how proud I am of you. Whether you were in gear participating or played the role of a victim, you made me proud! Little scenarios such as this show us where we are the strongest and shows areas that need more work. Expect other trainings such as last nights to be more frequent as we build on our teamwork as well as our knowledge as firefighters! Thanks for your participation and effort. You made your chief and assistant chief proud as well!
