Thought of the day. Today I before the gym I did 15 mins meditation and 15 mins of yoga. Then I was 10 mins late to the gym. But rather than rush I took my time and did good quality repetitions. Felt like I had a really good work out. But then I was 15 mins late for work. But I remained calm and did my job to the best of my ability. I got my work done to a hight standard and Im not stressed and I managed to catch up. Again good evidence that quality is better than quantity. So today rather than thinking about all the things I want to do or cant do. All I am going to do is focus on what I am doing each moment and do it to the best of my ability. Ok I might not get a lot ticked off my list of todos but I will know everything I have done is done to the best of my ability. That is a more important achievement for me
