Thoughts??? I know that Logos has a much better reputation for caring for their customers, but some salient points are made here. In Logos case, one could point to the automatic pulling of the NIV 1984 and its substitution with the NIV 2011. Despite the fact that it was the NIV 1984 that had been purchased and which many of us would have preferred to continue to own and use. (Fortunately, I have an old version of Pradis that long ago lost its tech support that still has the NIV 1984 on it. The only reason I continue to use the Pradis program). Although, in fairness to Logos this was forced by Zondervan and not Logos.
