Thoughts in a recent comment????? Funny thing is we are not vegan and we do not drink milk. I make our own almond milk and coconut milk. All this takes time. We also eat very healthy foods. That being said we still eat meat. My oldest son and I would die without meat and cheese however my youngest would die if I didnt let him be what my BFF calls a barbatarian. The only non vegan thing he loves is yogurt and chocolate ( although he does also like vegan chocolate) because he wont eat meat I make pasta sauces thick with blended beans to make up for it. I make sure my boys have a very diversed meal plan and do not force anything upon them they do not want. I do however force that they have a well balanced diet with nutrients. I love meat but do not think you need it to be healthy. My meat water son is much more skinny and unhealthy looking than the non meat eater son. Ill update you with pics in 20 years so u can all judge as this is what this so called debate group does lol besides a few understanding people. Trust me my kids love the tase of milk but love milk alternatives the same with having less health risks dealing with their asthmas and chronic pneumonia :)
