Thousands of years ago a King who had received his Kingdom through secretly worshipping Satan would pay his merchants to create a diversion so that a kidnapping would go unnoticed. Once the family woke up from the frenzy of these market ploys to realize their missing son or daughter, the King and all his men would help the broken family search high and low for their missing child vowing Justice (Just Ice of heart) and Punishment (Joker-ish meanings) to whoever would do such a horrible thing.
