Three days of waiting around for Century Link, three days in a row nobody shows up, three days in a row of 30 minute phone calls to reps who all understand my frustration but have no answers and cant tell me anything. Three days in a row of being lied to. Three days in a row of them blaming someone else for the issue, three days in a row of the absolute worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life. ...Still no internet, still going in circles, still pulling my hair out. Its really bad when their own reps state that as CenturyLink customers themselves they know what Im going through. This isnt a joke. There is no reason this company should still be operating. Ive never heard anyone say anything positive about them. Do anything and everything you can to never have service with them. This isnt a local area problem.
