.......`Three` doorsteps of meditation to MOKSHAM(liberation). In 1st stage doorstep of a human or animal took delivery as birth from their mother on the earth. The 2nd stage the human starts meditation through respiration up & down tracks called` ida` & `pingala` tracks, the journey starts from 1st sitting point to 6th point called as `Jnana chakram` or` Brumadhyam` in between two eye lids centre point in this journey, where upward & downward respiratory tracks meeting at one centre point of a place of father & mother as parents to form 2nd embryo in an unknown fire, the journey took place upward from 6th point to reach 7th point called `Sahakhasram` or `Chittakasam` as 2nd doorstep of delivery is completed by a small break point of human skull. This point was also called `Chittakasam as a base. The low respiratory level journey or voyage with a sound `SO`~ `HUM`(`OM`)to a zero geo space starts without much respiration force, it will travel to a point of free gravitational forces, like a Rocket in the space according to science also it is a fact! But for human there is an end and stand still point as 3rd door step to a delivery of `jnana` as an embryo. Afterwards 3rd journey started in a `shookma`- body(wheightless,shapeless ) to outer space in to a zero geo space have no gravity in an embryo in another air sound of OMkaram, the 3rd delivery of embryo bursts to mix with under the one umbrella is `ONENESS` of GOD or `Anantakasam` or One SUPERPOWER is ultimate joyful journey to human or `jeeva`in an ecstasy of joy with little effort of respiration is sufficient in the zero zone 3rd phase journey to jeeva to get Moksham or liberation from all bandages in to an ecstasy of joy & love, when we leave out coverings of egos (dresses before Srikrishna as a husband) will reach our birty place, because there is no difference one `Jeeva` or GOD because every thing is from ONE ultimate birth place is `ONE`, every creation is to explain what is ONE ?and how is ONE ? on a board of this creation is knowledge. We have to trace out ourselves birthplace with a real guru to reach that lost door-destination.
