Three great things happened today. First Zach and Kyle learned something about border shopping. For the most part 95% of the places are safe, but it is the 5% that will get you. Well Zach handed a hundred dollar bill behind the counter to purchase a shirt and the cat handed it to a hommie and he acted like he was checking it for authenticity and heads out of site, so I told them stay here and I went after him immediately and chased him down and got up on him and took our hundred back. He realized and his hommie counter man this was no typical white boys. I told them never leave your money without watching it 100% of the time. Some of my haters and lovers might say unchristian Scottie boy, well Jesus just hasnt told me to give money to thiefs as of yet, or has not built character in that area of my life yet. ;) great lesson for the guys. Second great thing, the guidance counselors were so excited and so many schools want Zach and Kyle to speak to their kiddos. Third I was told the Ngabe indigenous youth in the territory have to work before and after school and they get a good lunch at school but most come so hungry to school. :) there is approximately 60 kiddos that we at BF are going to possibly provide rice, black beans , and tortias for. We have Passion Life Church with Pastor LT and Brandy Scott who specifically give to BF for the hungry here in San Vito. How cool is that. The teachers said they will cook but they just dont have the money for the food. I swear what I tell you is from the deepest part within me. I believe from the beginning of creation God put a place and a destiny to serve these precious Ngabe people in my heart. I love the Ticos too, but such poverty is within this culture like none before that I have ever seen. Peace and love now time for my Catholic prayer meeting with so many elderly grandmas that bring Gods house down when they start singing praising and praying. :)
