Three history students from The Ohio State University at Newark - TopicsExpress

Three history students from The Ohio State University at Newark were accepted to present research projects at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) -- a first in school history! Nicholas Young presented “A Re-examination of American Interventions in Latin America.” Joseph Ross’s research was entitled “Mr. Jeffersons’ Sickle: Thomas Worthington and the Implementation of the Agrarian Republic.” Bryce Jones presented “Germany’s Capital: The National Identity and External Reputations of Berlin.” One of the benefits of presenting at NCUR is the opportunity for students to publish their work in the conference “Proceedings”, produced annually by the University of North Carolina at Asheville and distributed to institutions across the nation, increasing the exposure of the students’ research.
