Three mornings a week I have what is known as a bullet proof coffee for breakfast or a variation on the theme. Cup of coffee two sweeteners and a giant table spoonful of butter stirred into it reheated in the micro cos the butter tends to take the heat out of it .... unsalted butter tastes best ... remember butter is only whipped cream turned solid. First thing you notice is the almost illegal high ... you get a very sharp mental boost .... good if youre off to court or similar. Secomnd thing you notice is youre not hungry for hours and thats because the fat has registered with your brain that youre full up so no or little desire for snacks. Other mornings I start off with a cup of green tea with half a lemon squeezed intyo it ... this cleans your body up and preparexs it for a days fat burning. Because of damage to my spine I cant exercise ... but still lost two stone in twelve weeks. No breakfast cereals anymore. No white bread anymore hardly ant spuds pasta or rice. Lots of meat and veg. Lots of ful;l fat yoghurts .... make for a good breakfast. Nuts seeds and berries added to plain yoghurt to flavour. You dont want flavoured shop yoghurts.
