Three years ago today I met my best friend, lover and life partner. When I first saw this man step out of his car and enter my bakery I immediately recognized him as the man I had seen so vividly in many of my dreams. As he introduced himself and we began to converse I knew without a doubt this was the man I was going to marry. When he took my hand in his and asked if he could see me again my whole body melted just by his touch. Prior to that day neither of us had any intention of ever remarrying as both of our first attempts were so very wrong and unhealthy. I am so very happy that I trusted my intuition and gave him a chance. Although our union has not been perfect, I realize most every day how blessed I am to have him in my life. We, as a couple, have grown and matured so much that I cannot picture either of us without the other. With our marriage, I also was blessed with his two handsome sons and I feel our lives together are now complete. Justin Halpern you have brought me, our children and grandchildren such joy and happiness. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your life. I love you!
