Three years ago today, I went into the hospital with cancer, not knowing if I would ever see my friends or family again. The doctor wouldnt guarantee anything. I said very little to anyone, afraid that this would be the last time I would see loved ones or friends. God spared my life, and three years later, Ive become more loving, more giving, taking advantage of the opportunity to make things right, letting go of negative people and things I cant change,and making my dreams come true. Although I didnt sleep well last night, it was because it scared me so much recalling how close I came to never seeing or speaking to any of you again. I love life, I love people, Ive been forgiven, but most of all I love you. This day of reflection has reminded me how precious life is. Im so grateful my life was spared, and am so grateful you are part of my life. Please, never forget that life is so precious. My second chance at life was the best thing that ever happened to me.
