Ed Moffitt had been into many different businesses over the years and was one of the first TV repairmen around in the early 1950s. Ed also sold and drilled bowling balls in the rear. I bought my first Ebonite from Ed that had a very large curve built into it when I was a member of the Big Benders bowling team with Richard Kirby in what I considered the most competitive bowling league at that time, the City League!
